Below there are a few clips of items that were obtained for this page.

The first meeting of the Tappet Twirlers was held in Jack Coleman's Basement. The first President was Jim Barbour. The dues book indicates that there was a $5 initiation fee and dues were $1 a month. $12 a year was a lot more in 1954 than it is today. Here we are 60 years later and the dues have soared to $20...and we don't charge the initiation fee! Inserted you will find the first pages of the dues book and please check out the names of those folks. If you see them at the shows or on the street take the time to thank them for starting this great club
